ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to provide certain documents to the writ petitioner within a period that may be specified by the Court.

2. The petitioner has sought for certain information from the District Collector, Pudukkottai. Since the information was not furnished in time, he has approached the Appellate Authority and the Appellate Authority has not passed orders in time. Hence, he had approached the 2/5

first respondent herein by way of a second appeal in S.A.No.852 of 2012. In the said second appeal, a final order has been passed on 17.04.2013, rejecting the request of the writ petitioner, on the ground that the information sought for by him cannot be provided. Without challenging the said order, the present writ petition has been filed in June 2014, seeking a Writ of Mandamus. Hence, the present writ petition is not maintainable. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the first respondent herein on 17.04.2013.

3. With the above said observation, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 27.10.2022 Index :
