When the matter was called on 28.01.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, office was directed to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 29.01.2020. Even today, (29.01.2020) there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this writ petition for non prosecution.
