ORDER

The first petitioner herein is present before this court. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the issue has been amicably resolved. The first petitioner also filed an affidavit in this regard. The same is taken on record and it shall form part of the record. The first respondent is directed to keep the FIR in abeyance for a period of six more months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners as well as the second respondent can appear before the first respondent after the period is over and give statement regarding the fulfilment of the undertaking given in the affidavit. If the issue is resolved between the parties, the first respondent shall file final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dropping further action in the matter as regards the petitioners

herein are concerned. It is made clear that the benefit of this order will enure only in favour of the petitioners herein. 2.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
