Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to pass any order or direction or in the nature of revision directing the case in O.S. No. 210 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Principal District Judge of Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to be concluded within a time frame as stipulated by this Honourable Court forthwith ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this court dated 05.01.2023 and letter in D.No. 9185 /2023 dated 20.09.2023 received from Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil seeking further 3(three) months time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order:

Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 05.01.2023, directed the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to conclude the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.210 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3. The learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil, has submitted a requisition dated 20.09.2023 stating that when the case was posted for arguments, the plaintiffs filed petition to implead the remaining legal heirs of the deceased second plaintiff and the same is pending and that therefore, he is unable to dispose of the case within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/4

4. Considering the reasons assigned, the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Nagercoil, is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.210 of 2019 as directed by this Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
