ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant for filing final report in Crime No.1 of 2021 registered on the file of the second respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that final report has already been made ready dropping further action in the matter.

3. The second respondent is directed to serve the copy of the same on the petitioner. The jurisdictional Magistrate is also directed to issue notice to the petitioner so that the petitioner can file protest petition to ventilate his grievance. Thereafter, the jurisdictional Magistrate will take a call in the matter. The entire exercise shall be concluded within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
