ORDER
The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to complete the enquiry, pending in A2/6919/2022 based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.04.2022. 2.Heard Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who 1/4
takes notice for the first respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti has issued the proceedings dated 07.09.2022 rejecting the petitioner's application on the ground that the petitioner's request was belated one and has not submitted the relevant documents.
4. According to the petitioner, the said order was received by him only on 19.09.2022. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the said order has been passed against the interest of the petitioner, the petitioner may be given liberty to challenge the said order.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said impugned order, if he so desire. No costs.
