Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to survey the petitioner's lands to patta No.149 in Survey No.32/9 in extent of Acre 1 cents 47 1⁄2 and Survey No.35/2 in extent of cent 7 and to patta No.113 in Survey No.35/7 in extent of cent 6 situated at Mela Panangadi Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District and demarcate the same by laying survey stone after giving opportunity to the neighbours by considering his representation dated 24.09.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.
