This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of investigation and also to take action against the erring officials.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also undertook to submit a letter in this regard to the Registry.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
