O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous, as the petitioners were paid compensation on the basis of the enhancement by the Civil Court. In this regard, the learned counsel also produced a letter dated 03.02.2020 before this Court and the same was addressed to the petitioners also. 2.The said letter shows that the petitioners' request for paying higher compensation in W.P.(MD).No.17740 of 2015 has been considered by the respondents and the entire amount has been settled to the petitioners. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
