This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to complete the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5474/2023/A2 1/4

within the stipulated period fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the second and third respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. 3.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent submitted that the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5474/2023/A2 initiated against the second and third respondents at the instance of the petitioner had been completed and necessary orders has also been passed on 22.08.2024. He has also produced the written communication sent by the first respondent in this regard.
