ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2023 to take action against the unknown persons, who have been threatening the petitioner from doing business. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that soon after the receipt of the representation dated 03.08.2023 by post, one Radhakrishnan, Police Constable, went to the spa centre, which is being run by the petitioner and the petitioner has not cooperated for the enquiry. 2/4

3.Considering the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police immediately, on which the respondent police are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2023 by following the procedure within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
