Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL MURUGAN.C., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.10603 of 2021 dated 20.09.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners were unable to arrange sureties, they could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
