This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct the enquiry by invoking the Circular-67 on considering the petitioner's representation, dated 21.09.2015.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition has become infructuous in view of the withdrawal of Circular-67 of the first respondent.
