The petitioner wants this Court to direct the first petitioner to give police protection to enable the petitioner to cut the trees standing in the petition mentioned land. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that he is having a subsisting decree dated 17.04.2015 made in O.S.No.124 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi in his favour. If that be so, the petitioner can always file an execution petition before the Court below. When an effective alternative remedy is available, there is no need to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. 3.Giving liberty to the petitioner to move the concerned Court, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
