ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the first Respondent to direct the 4th Respondent herein not to harass the Petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the Petitioners are arrayed as accused in Crime No.298 of 2021 on the file of the fourth Respondent Police. 3.By way of rejoinder, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the FIR registered in Crime No.298 of 2021 against the Petitioners had already been quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 16119 of 2022 by order dated 11.10.2022.

4.In the light of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Respondents are directed not call the Petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
