2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

Considering the fact that apart from the CDR particulars, the footages of the tollgate and the inter contact between the three accused etc., for which the materials are also collected by the prosecution and considering the quantity being the commercial quantity, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
