Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.06.2014 in accordance with law. 1/4

ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to take action against the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that it is a dispute between the tenant and the landlord. The petitioner has filed a complaint stating that the respondents did not take action on the said complaint. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are civil disputes between the parties and the respondents had advised the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for pursuing the remedy. 2/4

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
