ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 313 and 506(i) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime number 11 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that in Cr.No.11 of 2016, all the accused including the petitioners were already acquitted vide judgment dated 07.09.2017 in C.C.No.50 of 2017.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
