This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 14.02.2019. made in W.P.(MD) No.13305 of 2016.
2. The learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General of Tamil Nadu would submit that, pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, they had called for certain documents for the purpose of complying with the same. When the respondent has already taken steps to comply with the orders of this Court, it cannot be said that there is disobedience on their part. The Government has initiated steps, though belatedly, and therefore, it cannot be termed that the disobedience was willful. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
