Heard Mr.S.Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the relief as sought for in this Writ Petition has already been redressed. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the petition, to that effect.
