O R D E R

The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner, in respect of the enjoyment of the petition mentioned property. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is already having an interim order of injunction granted in his favour in I.A.No.332 of 2006 in O.S.No.451 of 2004. It is not clear as to whether the suit is still pending or it has been decreed in petitioner's favour.

3.If the suit is still pending or it has been decreed in the petitioner's favour, the petitioner is always at liberty to move the Court concerned for enforcing the said order of interim injunction. There is no need to invoke the inherent powers of this Court. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move the Court concerned for relief.
