The present writ petition has been filed challenging a final assessment order passed by the electricity board in relation to theft of energy under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
2. According to the learned counsel for the respondent board, the petitioner has paid the amount demanded in the final assessment order. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
