PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned online rejection order in Application No.TN-5202506177438, dated Nil, to quash the same and to direct the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner and set aside the same.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The application seeking community certificate was rejected by the respondent. Subsequently, reasoned order has been passed by the respondent vide proceedings dated 15.07.2025, which is not under challenge in the present Writ Petition. The said order is susceptible to appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned under the Government Orders. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned for adjudication of the issues relating to issuance of community certificate. 2.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
