Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks withdrawal of a sum of Rs.3 Lakhs from and out of his own PF amount. It is not in dispute that the petitioner is eligible to withdraw the said amount. Therefore, I direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition mentioned amount. The Writ Petition is allowed accordingly.
