ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 376 r/w 511 and 109 I.P.C., in Crime No.133 of 2015, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard Mr.T.Vadivelan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / second accused and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the first anticipatory bail application, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1735 of 2016, was dismissed by this Court, vide Order dated 02.02.2016.

4. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the victim in this case is the wife of the petitioner / second accused and that the petitioner's father (first accused) had attempted to commit sexual assault on her and on account of which she even consumed poison and attempted to commit suicide.

5. Taking into consideration the serious nature of allegations made against the petitioner / second accused and the fact that there is no change in the factual circumstances after dismissal of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
