ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 I.P.C., r/w 21(1-A) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.25 of 2016, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard Mr.J.Lawrance, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / first accused and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that apart from the present case, in Crime No.25 of 2016, there are three previous cases as against the petitioner / first accused.

4. Taking into consideration the bad antecedent of the petitioner / first accused, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Hence, the criminal original petition fails and it is dismissed.
