O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to fence the petitioner's land in S.No.25/1B1A, 25/1B1B and 25/1B1C measuring to an extent of 0.6.75 Hectre 0.6.75 Hectare and 0.4.00 Hectare (totally 43 cents) respectively situated at Kodumbapatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his representation, dated 24.06.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the State. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent has no connection whatever with the property in dispute, but he is interfering with the petitioner's land in dispute. 2/4

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent, after hearing the both sides, take a decision in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
