Prohibition Act, in crime No.826 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 12 numbers of TASMAC 180 ml brandy bottles. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner has got 80 previous cases, in such cases, where if a person is making a mockery of the condition, which is imposed in the earlier bail application that he should not involve in similar offences and is repeatedly involving in the same offence, this is an exceptional case, not grant bail.

5. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
