ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the charge sheet pending against them in C.C.No.333 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the case in C.C.No.333 of 2015 ended in acquittal and the learned Judicial Magistrate, vide order dated 11.10.2017, acquitted the accused / petitioners herein.
