This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime 1/4

No.14 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police and file a report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent police, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.1429 of 2024 and the same is pending on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai. 4.Since the charge sheet has already been filed and the case was taken on file, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
