ORDER

Seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.274 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent investigation agency by this Court, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that investigation is completed and final report will be filed within a week.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent police to file a final report within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
