To issue appropriate Order / Orders directing the Subordinate Judge, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District to dispose of the M.C.O.P.No.56 of 2020, which was originally as M.C.O.P. No. 190 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Vallioor, Tirunelveli District within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Honourable Court, and pass such further or other suitable Order / Orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated of this court 26/11/2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Nanguneri, in D.No.164/2022 dated 02/03/2022. and this court made the following order:

This Court by order, dated 26.11.2021 directed the Subordinate Judge, Nanguneri, Thirunelveli District to dispose the MCOP.No.56 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the Subordinate Judge has submitted a letter that due to Covid-19 Pandemic situation, the personal appearance of the parties were dispensed with by the order of High Court. Further, the case was posted on 24.02.2022 for examination of PW.1 and the chief examination was taken and the documents were also marked on 02.03.2022 and the case was posted on 03.03.2022 for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

marking of further document. Hence, further two months time is granted to dispose the MCOP.No.56 of 2020, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
