ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2023 and thereafter direct the respondent 1 to 3 to release entire amount of Rs.38,72,121/- to the petitioner for sanctioned Contract work was completed in laying Panchayat Union Thar Road. 2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 submitted that already the second respondent has settled an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- and the remaining amount will be settled within a period of three months. 4.Recording the said submission and considering the fact that huge amount is involved, this Court hereby direct the respondents to take effective steps to disburse the entire remaining amount within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the amount is not paid, any further delay would entitled the petitioner for an interest at the rate of 7.5%.
