ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the 1/4
Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the second respondent to take action and dispose of the writ petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No. 120 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.
3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the writ petitioner as well as to the respondent(s) in the complaint given by the writ petitioner and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
