Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pursuant to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.14735/2014 A5, dated 11.06.2014 and quash the same consequently direct the fourth respondent to reinstate the petitioner along with back wages.

Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is thus closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
