This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to make necessary corrections in the Guideline Value Register in respect of S.F.Nos.473/3, 473/4B and 473/4A situated at Lakshmananpatti, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 24.07.2019 subsequently direct the 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's sale deed dated 11.06.2019.
2.Heard Mr.T.Vadivelan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R3 and Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader for R4. Perused the materials available on record.

It is the case of the writ petitioner that the petitioner has presented the sale deed, dated 11.06.2019 and the same has been refused to register stating that the survey number stands in the name of Temple and Government. Therefore, the petitioner has to get 'No objection certificate' from them. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner by relying on various documents demonstrated before this Court that the property is only a private land and not belong to the Government/Temple.
5.In this context, the Tahsildar, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District has also been impleaded as 4th respondent as per the order of this Court in WMP(MD) No.17022 of 2024, dated 27.08.2024. As per the direction of this Court, the 4th respondent has produced the relevant revenue records. 6.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R4 has produced 'A' Register in respect of S.No.473/3B, 473/3C and 473/4A. As per the 'A' Register, property stand not in the name of Government, but stand only in the name of private individuals.

7.From the extract of 'A' Register it is clearly shown that the aforesaid property not belong to the petitioner, but belong to the private individuals. The fact remains that the property is not a Government property. 8.In such view of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to register the petitioner's sale deed, dated 11.06.2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
9.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
