ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents1 and 2 to execute the warrant issued against the third respondent in view of the conviction and sentence passed in Crl.A.No.33 of 2021 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli dated 12.08.2022 confirming the order passed in S.T.C.No.472 of 2007 dated 20.11.2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.

2. It is not in dispute that the third respondent has filed a revision challenging the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.33 of 2021 dated 12.08.2022 confirming the judgment passed in S.T.C.No.472 of 2007 along with the petition to condone the delay and this Court has passed an order directing the third respondent to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- and in pursuance of the same, the amount was deposited and the revision was 2/4

taken on file in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1011 of 2024 and this Court has also granted suspension of sentence today. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
