PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct Respondents 1 and 2 to remove the unauthorized construction and encroachment made by the 5th Respondent in the underground of the Saravana Selvarathinam Stores, Door No.72, Palanganatham, Yogiyaar Nagar, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Tirupparakundram, Madurai 625 003, by violating the town country plan rules, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2019, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct Respondents 1 and 2 to remove the unauthorized construction and encroachment made by the fifth respondent in the underground of the Saravana Selvarathinam Stores, Door No.72, Palanganatham, Yogiyaar Nagar, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Tirupparakundram, Madurai 625 003, by violating the Town and Country Planning Rules. 2/4

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the revised plan submitted by the alleged violator has been approved.

3. In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
