Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The order impugned in this writ petition was questioned in W.P.(MD)No.6600 of 2017 by one Baskaran. The said writ petition was allowed by me on 27.02.2019. The impugned order was quashed. An enquiry was ordered to be held. Subsequently, the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram passed an order dated 16.10.2019 in favour of the petitioner. Nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. This writ petition stands closed. No costs.
