Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main suit in O.S.No.133 of 2006 itself has been disposed of by the trial Court on 08.04.2019. Therefore, the relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
