2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seek time to produce sureties, since 1/3

the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9116 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
