ORDER:- This Petition coming up for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 23.10.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi, (FAC), (Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi), vide D.No.A.1/49/2021, dated 06/01/2021 this Court made the following order:

This Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.OP(MD) No.15135 of 2019 on 23.10.2019. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin has sought for further extension of time of six months.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin in the letter in D.No.A1/49/2021, dated 06.01.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court.
