This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.170 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that final report has been filed and the case has also been taken on file in S.C.No.50 of 2018 on the file of the Mahila Court, Nagercoil. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
