2. According to learned counsel for the petitioner / defacto complainant, even though, FIR has been registered on 29.12.2022, no substantial progress in the investigation, therefore, sought for suitable directions to the respondent Police to complete the investigation.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that, as of now, six witnesses were examined and investigation is in progress and within a short time, they will complete the investigation and file the final report.
4. Considering the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of records, this petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to complete the enquiry as quickly as possible not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
