ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation.

2.When the petition was taken up for disposal, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that further action in the case is to be dropped. Therefore, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. However, the third respondent is directed to furnish the copy of the final report dropping further action to the petitioner herein, so that, the petitioner can file his protest petition before the jurisdictional Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
