[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that land Survey No.561 is a kallanguthu land. The encroachment has been made by various persons on the said land.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the land has been surveyed and encroachment has been found on the said land. The process for removal of encroachment in accordance with the provisions of the Act would be commenced within a period of eight weeks from today.
