JUDGMENT

This appeal has been filed to set aside the order passed by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR), Thanjavur, in Crl.M.P.No. 345 of 2023 in S.S.C. No.68 of 2022, dated 02.08.2023, and enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant sent a letter dated 30.08.2023 to the Registry along with letter of the appellant and whereunder, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the above appeal. Accordingly, the matter appeared today under the caption "for withdrawal".

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
