O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2, to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 6, by conducting an enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was cheated by a fake appointment order issued by the respondents 3 to 6, against which, he gave a representation to the respondents 1 and 2, dated 21.07.2022, to take appropriate action the respondents 3 to 6. Since no appropriate action was taken by the respondents 1 and 2, the petitioner is constrained to file the present writ petition. 2/5

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 opposed this petition stating that the petitioner has not given any representation so far with regard to fake appointment order and the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh complaint.

4. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the respondents 3 to 6, which need a detailed investigation, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the same, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to complete the investigation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within two months thereafter.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
