Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

2. The third respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent. The petitioner is said to have received 3 sovereigns of gold from the third respondent.

3. The petitioner through her counsel states that she will hand over 3 sovereigns of gold on or before 17.02.2022. This undertaking given by the petitioner is recorded. The second respondent shall keep the proceedings in abeyance till then.
