O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Cr.No.109 of 2014 dated 02.09.2014. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has filed records to show that the investigation has been completed in 2014 itself and on 01.09.2016, the petitioner appeared before the Court and admitted the offence and the trial Court has imposed fine of Rs.2,200/- upon the petitioner.
